Welcome to In The Net Lacrosse Academy specializing in training for both girls and boys lead by experienced professional, collegiate coaches and players. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded program for girls and boys Grade 2 to the collegiate level. In The Net Lacrosse Academy emphasizes learning, practicing, and improving all aspects of a player's game. Players are trained individually and in small groups to develop the essential skills of lacrosse such as ball handling, positional responsibility and technical movement. Small sided games and situational drills enable team awareness skills to be strengthened and developed. All Girls and Boys training will be separated and run by the different ITNL directors and staff. Our staff have played and/or coached at the collegiate game level. Our coaches apply proven development techniques as well as applying innovative ways of training and coaching our players in a safe, educational and fun environment.
